These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between MENORAH (SIRET: 342 424 603 00013), hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", and any individual or legal entity making a purchase on the website zencronus.com, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".

By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions without reservation.

The products offered for sale are those described on the website. Photos are for illustration purposes only. The Seller strives to present the characteristics of the products as accurately as possible but cannot be held liable for errors or omissions.

The products are offered within the limits of available stock. In case of unavailability, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and may request a refund.

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT included). The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of order validation.

Shipping costs are free for all orders.

Payment is made by credit card at the time of order. Transactions are secured via encrypted protocols. The order is validated upon confirmation of payment by the banking organization.

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer during the ordering process. Delivery is carried out by DHL Express International with an estimated delivery time of 48 hours.

Shipping is free for all orders worldwide.

In case of visible damage upon receipt, the Customer must make reservations with the carrier and notify the Seller within 48 hours.

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a 14-day period from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision to withdraw by sending an unambiguous statement to: [email protected]

The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in perfect resale condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Additionally, a 2-year commercial warranty is offered on all products, covering manufacturing defects.

The Seller cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage resulting from the use of the Internet, including service interruption, external intrusion, or presence of computer viruses.

The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order placed.

Personal data collected is necessary for order processing and is intended solely for the Seller. In accordance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR, the Customer has rights of access, rectification, and deletion of their data.

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing agreement, disputes will be submitted to the competent French courts.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code regarding the amicable settlement of disputes, the Customer may use a consumer mediation service free of charge.
